New: Promotions can now be attached directly to membership plans, so you can provide additional discounts to your members in a more seamless way. Contact us at support@filmbot.com if you’re interested in using this new feature.
Improvement: Monthly members can now change their payment method on file to Stripe “wallet” payment methods that may be enabled in your Stripe account, such as Stripe Link, Cash App pay, or Amazon Pay. The initial payment must still be made with a card on the membership signup form, but payment methods can subsequently be changed on the member’s “Update” page.
Fix: Imported annual memberships will no longer have a payment amount associated with their first year in the Memberships report.
Fix: “This Week” and “Last Week” datepicker shortcuts will now always load the correct report data.
Fix: The Count column in the Movies > Series list will now correctly link to the showtimes with that series, instead of the shows.

New: For cinemas and festivals that sell memberships, customers can now add a donation to their membership purchase or renewal! Read more.
Improvement: More filters and columns have been added to the Movie, Special Event, and Program listings in the admin.
Fix: Section names on festival sites will no longer be displayed in all uppercase on some show types.
Fix: The datepicker will no longer be blank in some cases when visiting reserved seat map checkout pages.
Fix: In the Stripe Payout report, the filename will now correctly include the date of the payout being reported on.
Minor ux improvements and backend enhancements.

Fix: Membership renewals processed through the Box Office app will now be listed at the correct station in the Sales Detail report.
Fix: Resolved an issue with the datepicker when the Now Playing panel was included on a subpage.
Fix: Products can now be set to draft status.
Fix: Gift membership confirmation emails will now be listed in the Event History on the order detail.
Fix: Resolved an issue with mobile date dropdowns on cinema websites when borders were set on the showtime buttons.
Improvement: Text indicating global posts has been updated for greater clarity.
Improvement: The movie autofill feature on festival sites will now populate the movie’s main production still image into the featured image field rather than its poster. The featured image field has been renamed from “Poster” to “Production Still”.

New: Improved visibility into annual memberships which have an upcoming renewal scheduled, including:
- Two new columns added to the Memberships Report for “Renewal Payment Date” and “Renewal Paid Through”.
- The “End Date” field has been renamed to “Current Term Ends”
- A note has been added below the “Current Term Ends” field to indicate that a renewal has been paid, and when the benefits will renew.
- Renewal confirmation emails sent to members will now explicitly state the date their membership will renew, and what their new term end date will be.
Fix: Going forward, orders that contain more than one showtime will no longer have incorrect totals on the Showtime Attendees report.
Fix: It’s now possible to add and update orders that contain the only remaining tickets for a showtime in the Box Office.
Fix: When a showtime has an extra, the View link under Movies > Showtimes will now go to the Extra page instead of checkout.
Fix: Titles with international characters will now display correctly in the Schedule Export PDF.
Fix: Monthly membership plans which have a Dual price added after they are published can now be sold properly.
Fix: Program detail pages will now include the “Program still” image at the top of the page.

Fix: Resolved a crash when trying to reserve unavailable seats after concessions in the box office app.

Improvement: Removed partial transparency from series pills on pages throughout the cinema sites.

Fix: The keyboard now properly closes after tapping cancel while entering a manual card number.
Fix: Adding multiple gift cards to an order in quick succession no longer causes unexpected behavior.
Improvement: Various fixes and under-the-hood improvements to enhance overall stability and performance.

New: For cinemas, there is a new option for adding your Bluesky profile to the social icons in the header. Visit Settings > Website > Social to configure this option.
Improvement: The Sales Summary and Sales Detail reports are now available over a date range.
Improvement: The Seat Limit option on ticket types has been renamed to “GA Seat Limit” to clarify that it only applies to ticket types on General Admission showtimes. Additionally, the ticket type will now appear as sold out on your check out page once it has reached its limit, rather than disappearing, and it will become available again when you refund an order that contained that ticket type (there is no longer a need to reattach the ticket type to the showtime). We also fixed a bug that allowed a seat-limited ticket type to be oversold when an order was created on the web and box office at the same time.
Fix: Occasionally the randomly generated order IDs contained all numbers, which caused a problem with the ticket scanner. This has been fixed.
Miscellaneous performance improvements.

Fix: Resolved an issue in the API that caused the Box Office app to crash when users opened the seat map to edit reserved seats on an order but left the selections unchanged.

Fix: There will no longer be an “Unknown Error” listed on a campaign’s Event History when there were no available recipients at send time.
Improvement: Miscellaneous data cleanup tasks.
