In July of 2025, we were proud to support the Art House Convergence’s Annual Convening of independent cinemas from all around the country, where the latest insights, findings, perspectives on the changing landscape of arthouse exhibition could be shared collaboratively for the benefit and sustainability of all.

This is the community we want to support and devote our resources behind, this inspiring collective of teams doing the real work of cultivating these beloved cinematic spaces.

Following their Oscar wins for Anora, it was an honor for director Sean Baker and producer Samantha Quan to participate in a Q&A fireside chat at the conference, as well as serve as the inaugural Art House Theater Day ambassadors, and present a 35mm screening of Tangerine at the Music Box Theatre. They are a powerhouse filmmaking team devoted to doing all they can to nurture the landscape of arthouse cinemas.

Art House Convergence represents a unique opportunity for the entire ecosystem including filmmakers, theaters, distributors to join together in solidarity to uplift one another, an ethos we share deeply.

Throughout the year we are proactively coordinate with the AHC team to help ensure the conference is as beneficial as possible for all attendees. From panels to presentations to mixers, this is the week-long event of the year we’re proud to fully support with our time and resources. Ever since attending Art House Convergence when it was still held in Utah years ago, our team knew this was the gathering that reflected our values of shared community and collaboration. Since it’s reformation, we’ve been dedicated to supporting its growth and propelling it forward.

There is an unparalleled spirit of learning and collaboration at this annual gathering, values we share deeply.

Highlights included hosting demo stations at the tradeshow where attendees could explore a test drive of our website and ticketing platform in action, a six-foot-tall AHC sculpture for taking pictures beside, a Filmbot lounge for recharging, sharing Movies Never Die apparel, and hosting a private dinner for our cinema and festival partners, which has become a wonderful tradition over the years as a lovely way to celebrate the finale of the conference.

We’re grateful to the AHC team for their monumental efforts and coordination bringing the 2025 Annual Convening to life, and we look forward to being the Marquee Sponsor of the Independent Film Exhibition Conference (IND/EX) 2026 in partnership with the Art House Convergence and Film Festival Alliance!

Movies Never Die

When the pandemic forced theaters to shut down their projectors and close their doors, we heard the same sweeping proclamations that always blare so loudly during these times of change and crisis... the inevitable death of cinema had finally arrived.

Lost Films of Covid Series

In December of 2025, we partnered with A24, NEON, IFC, GKIDS, and Film Movement to present the "Lost films of Covid" series to re-release seven films that had their theatrical runs cut short five years ago due to covid.
